Healthy kale chips recipe - LIFESTYLE


Double article today as due to sickness I didn't provide my saturday post. But as it is weekend and we tend to crave a little bit more, I will share my recipe for the nicest kale chips you have ever tried. Kale chips are perfect for your cravings and in my case my sweet tooth. I have fases in life where I eat everything I want, which is completely normal as everybody is free to indulge sometimes. But I also have fases when I need to stop the junkfood and eat a bit healthier, to keep it healthy I indulge on kale chips or tuna, it simply depends on what is available.

Let's get started:

The ingredients are as following:

- Kale ( Get yourself a big bunch of kale, want to be even healthier? go green and get some Bio kale instead)

- 1/3 teaspoon seasalt

- 1/3 teaspoon Rosemary

- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon Sage

- 1/4 teaspoon black peper

- 1 pinch of paprika powder ( can be more if you like the paprika taste to dominate a bit more)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil


How you create it:

Step 1:   preheat the oven to 180 C / 350F
Step 2:   tear the kale leaves of the stems, make sure you tear the leaves not to small as they will shrink during the process.
Step 3:   rinse the leaves with water and pet dry after.
Step 4:   sprinkle the olive oil amongst the kale, and add the seasoning after.
Step 5:   spread the leaves on a baking tray and put it in your oven.
Step 6:   bake for 10 - 15 minutes untill golden brown.
